This session will be an interactive discussion session lead by two leaders who have implemented business analytics technologies to improve quality, safety, and efficiency, and to decrease cost in the practice of medical imaging at their institutions. They will share how they implemented and use business analytics by addressing questions and answers from attendees.

Objectives:

1. Review practical implementation-use cases in business analytics.
2. Describe how business analytics can be used to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
3. Discuss how business analytics can be implemented in institutions.
