SIIM continues to value and support the powerful resources that the open source community provides to the field of imaging informatics. This year's Open Source Plug Fest will feature developers and representatives from many open source communities who will be on hand to help attendees understand and begin using these powerful open source programs.

As part of the Integrated Learning, the 2011 Open Source Plug Fest will be located in the Demonstration area of the Shared Learning Community in the Exhibit Hall. The Plug Fest provides an opportunity to network with peers and browse some of the latest, most successful open source projects used in imaging informatics.
